According to the National Institute of Mental Health, Florida ranks THIRD in Adult Prevalence of Mental Illness.

Over half (56%) of adults with a mental illness receive NO treatment. That means over 27 million people experiencing a mental illness are going UNTREATED!

The estimated number of adults with serious suicidal thoughts is over 11.4 million! That’s an increase of 664,000 people from last year’s data!

Marly Q. Casanova, better known as Marly Q, is an award-winning Event Creator, Personal and Professional Development Coach, and Kindness Influencer helping people develop powerful and effective habits through the power of kindness to transform their lives, their work, and the world around them.

Marly Q. is a master Event Creator with 10,000+ hours working with the corporate, nonprofit, academic & public sectors. Her success & expertise in producing large-scale community events is what inspired her to start teaching & coaching individuals with the important leadership skills needed to succeed in business, and life.

In 2010, Marly Q. started a social movement called PARK Project, a volunteer-driven 501c3 non-profit, on a mission to inspire people to PARK (Perform Acts of Random Kindness) worldwide. As the founder, she fully understands the importance of motivating and inspiring team members and volunteers in order to achieve a lasting impact.

Opening day is designed to be the spark that shines the light of awareness on your mental health and the quality of your thoughts.

You will experience breakthroughs and achieve Mental Awareness Now (M.A.N.)

You will learn how to get unstuck from a RUT, how to befriend your mind using your superpower of kindness, and you’ll gain the mental clarity, calm, and confidence you need to prioritize self-care, once and for all!

DAY 2

AMPLIFY

In order to create a safe environment conducive to raising the volume of mental health stories and conversations

We must first turn down the volume on the stigma in our own minds by demystifying some of the myths and objections.

On Day 2, we’ll dive deep into the 4 Common Pitfalls of Communication (and how to avoid them) and teach you how to Communicate with “CARE” at home, at work, and in the world.

DAY 3

THRIVE

On Day 3, you will feel enlightened, empowered, and equipped with the mindset, skills, and support you need to, not just survive but, THRIVE in the face of any crisis.

We’ll uncover and unpack the 3 Toxic Lies keeping you BUSY, Stressed, and without TIME so that you can shift from a mindset of Time Management to Time Ownership.
